Xerox Phaser Color is stuck in the "Diagnostics …" Is there any way to put it to know what part is out?

There an electrical storm and the day after the printer is stuck in the "Diagnosis of …" Tried everything, but as soon as the printer starts, back to that error. Is there any way to reset the printer or to find out what part can be replaced without calling Xerox?

Perhaps, but would have to know the model you have to be of any help. The most likely going to be the main device driver that will need replacing, but without the exact model is hard to say.
