Suggest good books for developing presentation skills "and" communication skills?

I want to develop my presentation and communication skills and become an expert in these areas. Please detials of good books that can be covered on these issues with relevant information as the author, publishers, the cost (if known), etc.

Here is a link to the textbook I used for my "Public Speaking" course. http://highered.mcgraw-hill.com/sites/007256296x/student_view0/ It is by a guy named "Steve Lucas." It shows how to write informative and persuasive speech. By making any speech, you want to know how to write summary information or persuasive if, before giving the speech. You want to be able to discuss the topic of your outline and make it flow in the order you have written, and finally conclude discourse. Someone should be able to take your outline of your speech and move forward as the right to give the final expression for an effective speech. Also, if "Bill Clinton releases a book about speech writing, I would buy it, because it's like 7 million dollars a year to give speeches. Probably will not write a book, but it would be a good person to learn. Uncle Stephen Lucas is a good person to begin with, but the presentation skills requires practice give a lot of presentations in front of people. The more you do, the more comfortable it will be and better.
