What pens or paint will show up on black paper?

I am making my own xmas cards on black card, and want to use some bright sparkly gorgeous colours like silvers, purples and pinks which will look vivid against the black.. Does anyone have any ideas for products I can use? thank you

They make markers and pens in metallic colors and in white. Get them at hobby shops, or I am sure stores like Walmart. For designs, you can draw lightly on the paper with a pencil, then trace your lines with liquid school or craft glue, sprinkle with glitter.
