How I can remove dry paint from a wool dress?

I managed to drill a metal (magnetic!!) Emulsion purple with a screwdriver! It was in my startup time and I did not realize how bad it was until I lifted the can. I wore a cardigan too expensive and got 3 points on the sleeve! How I can remove this without damaging the garment? The label says is 70% acrylic 30% wool. Any ideas people?
