I need help with a printing error?

I am trying to print cover pages for a commercial promotion, but every time I try to print multiple copies, only printed one page and then gives an error that says "Image Turn". I tried changing the paper thickness settings, both printer settings of your computer and the printer itself. Afica printer is a Ricoh MP 3500 Multifunction (printer scanner copier fax). Book we are using is 110 pounds, 8 ½ x 11 (letter) Print all the copies as long as the regular use of the letter paper, but can not understand why I can not print copies by using heavy paper. Thanks for any help in advance. problem solved. had to change the residence of # 999 copies for that to work.
