Can somebody please help ASAP?

Hello people, what happens? Ok, so I just bought a RICOH Aficio SP C222SF All-In-One Printer. I browsed for print and scan and from my computer. It is created through the network and through USB. Everything works fine. Here's the problem. My immediate boss needs a USB cable to connect a printer to your big $ $ to your computer. I will give mine, but before I do I've tried to see if the printer will print and scan over the network before proceeding and give my own and be wireless. We explored well. I have to print something and says 'offline'. Or not even. Just a little sits there saying "ready" but nothing happens. How the F * U * C * K I get to print over the network???? LET ME KNOW ASAP !!!!!!> please thanks =]

Everyone the computers you want on the network have to be there, and I know that there is an option to tell can enter the printer to work with all computers connected to that network.
